The Annual Geophysical Society of Houston Tennis Tournament has been scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2008 at Houston Racquet Club. As with some functions sponsored by the Geophysical Society of Houston, contributions from individuals/companies, such as you, afford the participants a way to enjoy the function more economically. The tournament is a fundraiser for the GSH scholarship fund. Portions of the proceeds will generate scholarships for Geosciences students at Texas A&M, UT-Austin, LSU, Texas Tech, Rice, and U of H. to name a few.
