SIG: Data Processing
Mission:
This special interest group provides a forum for the discussion of seismic data processing topics such as seismic velocity, AVO, migration, etc. Two or more experts normally speak to the group and respond to questions at a late afternoon meeting. The meeting format is expanded to a half day for the Mini-Geo. Here contractors can show their wares as a poster paper with each having equal space.

Mission:
This group will examine through case histories the application, acquisition, processing, and interpretation of multi-component data.
SIG: Potential Fields
Mission:
The GSH Potential Fields Group promotes the use and understanding of potential fields data through its bi-monthly dinner meetings, featuring extended presentations of relevant case history studies as well as new and innovative techniques in data acquisition, processing and interpretation.
SIG: Rock Physics
Mission:
This Special Interest Group was formed in October of 2002. Meetings are held at different local venues, with one or more speakers in an afternoon meeting.
